In this project, I designed and implemented a full-featured trading CRM specifically for VertexFX platforms, covering all aspects of client and broker management. My responsibilities and delivered features included:

• Client Account Management:

  • Seamless onboarding for new clients.

  • Real-time monitoring of demo and live trading accounts.

  • Account verification, KYC, and compliance workflows fully automated.

• Trading Operations & Monitoring:

  • Direct integration with VertexFX APIs for live trading data.

  • Real-time tracking of account balances, profits, and losses.

  • Instant alerts and notifications for deposits, withdrawals, and trades.

• IB & Affiliate Network Management:

  • Multi-tier IB system with automatic commission calculation.

  • Rebate distribution automation across referral networks.

  • Analytics dashboards for IB performance, client acquisition, and revenue tracking.

• Reporting & Analytics:

  • Customizable reporting modules for client activity, trading performance, and financial summaries.

  • Exportable reports for management, accounting, and regulatory purposes.

• Automation & Workflow Enhancements:

  • Automated deposit and withdrawal handling with status notifications.

Outcome:
